Traditional hot yoga heats the air. Far infrared panels warm muscle and tissue directly, so the room feels kinder while your practice goes deeper.
Explore the classesThe room runs between 95 and 102 degrees, and infrared warmth reaches you directly. Most people find their first class far more comfortable than they expected.
Gentle radiant heat increases circulation and lets muscles lengthen safely, so you sweat, stretch, and leave lighter than you arrived.
Our teachers offer modifications, and nobody is watching your wobble. This studio was built as a judgment-free space from day one.
The vibe at Lotus is so approachable and kind, the teachers are welcoming and knowledgeable, and there’s a great mix of challenging and more restorative classes.
The heat is not overwhelming like other hot yoga studios… I am a physical therapist for 32 years and can honestly say that I should have done this a long time ago.
I took my very first yoga class here and instantly fell in love… This studio is where I discovered my love for yoga, and it has genuinely changed my life.
Two weeks to fall in love with it, one membership to keep it going, and a pack for the in-between.
